Refund policy
Please note: All of our items are custom made and we have a strict NO REFUND or NO EXCHANGES POLICY except under special circumstances.
We offer a 7 day (1 week) warranty on all of our clothing items after the first wash from the date the order was received by customer. Your warranty will expire on the 8th day after your order was received, if there are any issues after the 1st wash as far as image coming off completely, we will replace that item. Original item must be received in order to be replaced.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Original item must be returned by customer, and received by Exclusive Designs LLC within 7 days from date customer received defective or damaged item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
